How To Use A Banneton Basket:
When your dough is ready, dust your banneton basket with flour liberally (rice flour works wonder, highly recommend) so the dough doesn't stick, then plop it in (seam side up) and let do the final proof for the hours your recipe indicates. Then, carefully flip your dough onto parchment paper and onto your preheated dutch oven. After its time in the oven, you'll get your delicious homemade bread!
