Introducing a new beautiful walnut version of our loved and highly rated wicker proofing baskets. These come with removable liners! Which we know all the sourdough girlies will love.

Dimensions and Dough Capacity:
The 9" x 4" oval basket has a dough capacity of up to 800g.
The 9" x 4" round basket has a dough capacity of up to 800g.
Fabric is 100% cotton.

Wicker Basket Includes:
Your choice of a single or a set of baskets, one bonnet for each basket and one 7.5" multi use brush per order.

Care Guide:
To clean tap the back of the basket and then use the multi use brush to dust off the flour in swiping moves. Store it in a dry, open air space after each use. To wash the bonnet or liner, wash in cold water and lay flat to dry or dry tumble low for 20 mins. 

If you're baking with inclusions such as berries or seeds that might stain the liner, use a tea towel to protect it.
