This multipurpose brush part of the Proofing Set is now available individually. It is a multitasker tool that will leave your Banneton Basket brand new after each use. It has strong bristles but with a gentle swipe, the flour will be gone.

Care and Use

You can wash the bristles with mild soap but avoid getting the wood yet. Let it air dry or leave it on a sunny spot for a quicker dry.
