We've created a Full Bread Proofing Set from the tools we love and trust. It includes your choice of Basket, a 13" Danish Whisk, a 7.5" Bread Lame plus 5 razors with a pouch, a 6.5" Dough Scraper and a 7" Multi Use Brush to dust off excess flour and clean your baskets. Also with all our full sets, the kit comes with a care guide and our favorite beginner friendly sourdough recipe! Plus extra tips to get you started in your journey!

Pick your set with a single basket or get a set, you can mix and match! The baskets are super light, easy to maintain and keep your dough cozy with a cotton blend liner. Dough Dimensions and Capacity:

The 8" x 3.5" round basket has a dough capacity of up to 500g.
The 9" x 4.5" round basket has a dough capacity of up to 800g.
The 12" x 6" x 4 oval basket has a dough capacity of up to 1 kilo.

Care Guide:
To clean tap the back of the basket and then use the multi use brush to dust off the flour in swiping moves. Store it in a dry, open air space after each use. Highly recommend hand washing your bonnet in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
