French inspired Round Wicker Baskets are super light, easy to maintain and keep your dough cozy with a liner. Baskets come with a thoughtful bonnet to cover your dough and a multi use brush to remove excess flour off your dough and to keep your baskets clean. Plus tips for beginner sourdough bakers! Liner and bonnet are made of a cotton blend. 

Dough Capacity:
The 8" round basket has a dough capacity of up to 500g.

The 12" oval basket has a dough capacity of up to 1 kilo. We used the same recipe for both baskets, 390g of flour for your reference. 

Wicker Basket Includes:
Your choice of a single or a set of baskets, 1 bonnet for each basket and 1 multi use brush, 7.5".

Care Guide:
To clean tap the back of the basket and then use the multi use brush to dust off the flour in swiping moves. Store it in a dry, open air space after each use. Highly recommend hand washing your bonnet in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
