French inspired Round Wicker Baskets are super light, easy to maintain and keep your dough cozy with a liner. Baskets come with a thoughtful bonnet to cover your dough and a multi use brush to remove excess flour off your dough and to keep your baskets clean. Plus tips for beginner sourdough bakers! Liner and bonnet are made of a cotton blend. 

Dough Capacity:

The 8" x 3.5" round basket has a dough capacity of up to 500g.
The 9" x 4.5" round basket has a dough capacity of up to 800g.
The 12" x 6" x 4 oval basket has a dough capacity of up to 1 kilo.

Your choice of a single or a set of baskets, 1 bonnet for each basket and 1 multi use brush, 7.5".

Care Guide:
To clean tap the back of the basket and then use the multi use brush to dust off the flour in swiping moves. Store it in a dry, open air space after each use. Hand wash your bonnet in cold water and lay flat to dry. Washing machine safe with cold water, tumble low to dry to avoid shrinkage.
