French inspired Oval Wicker Baskets are super light, easy to maintain and keep your dough cozy liner. Baskets come with a thoughtful bonnet to cover your dough and a multi use brush to remove excess flour off your dough and to keep your baskets clean. Plus tips for beginner sourdough bakers! Liner and bonnet are made of a cotton blend. 

Dough Capacity:
The 12" oval basket has a dough capacity of up to 1 kilo. In the photos we baked with 390g of bread flour for your reference. You can create a classic sourdough batard or 2 baguettes as well! it's all in the way you shape your dough. Check it out here.

Care Guide:
To clean tap the back of the basket and then use the multi use brush to dust off the flour in swiping moves. Store it in a dry, open air space after each use. Highly recommend hand washing your bonnet in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
