The Banneton Bread Proofing Set from our Baker Collection has the tools you need to bake that sourdough or Artisan bread! The set includes a Round 9 inch or 10 inch Banneton Basket, a Linen Liner, a Danish Whisk, a Bread Lame, a Dough Scraper and a Bristle Brush. The set comes in a reusable cotton bag which can be used to store your bread or for anything your heart desires! It also makes it a wonderful gift for the bakers in your life.

The Banneton Basket is 100% natural rattan and handmade. Use it for the final proof of the dough. It holds its shape as it rises and prevents uneven spread. It includes a Linen Liner. Avoid getting the basket wet and store it in an open dry space. The linen liner is hand wash only with cold water. Round, 9 inches or 10 inches.

The Bread Lame has stainless steel blades and a wooden handle. Use it to score your dough right before it’s placed in the oven. It will control the shape and direction in which your bread springs. Wipe clean the blades and flip it when they loose the sharpness. The set set also includes five sharp blades with a faux leather cover. Length: 7".

The Danish Whisk is excellent for mixing bread dough. The different loop sizes make it an effective way to cut and mix the ingredients. It does the kneading work for you. It is dishwasher safe but hand washing the wire loops is a better way to keep it properly clean. Length: 13", Diameter: 3".

The Brush is the tool you’ll use last to clean up your banneton basket. After tapping the back of your basket to release the excess flour, take the brush and in gently round motions dust off the remaining flour.
