Our new friendly user Banneton Bread Proofing Set includes a 9" or 10” ( 8" available in February) Round 100% Natural Rattan Banneton Basket; which is odor free and with a splinter-free finish, a Linen Liner, a 13” Danish Whisk, a 7.5” Bread Lame plus 5 sharp blades with its adjusting tool, a 6” x 4.5” Dough Scraper and a 7.5” Multi Use Brush to keep your basket clean and your dough clear of excess flour.

The set comes in a reusable cotton bag which can be used to store your bread or for anything your heart desires! It also makes it a wonderful gift for the bakers in your life.
